Following an exchange of accusations on social networks, Shapir demanded compensation in the amount of NIS 260,000. Netanyahu claimed that she should pay him NIS 300,000. At the beginning of the hearing, Shapir refused Netanyahu's lawyer's offer to withdraw from the lawsuit: "I would have considered if he had withdrawn from the regular and systematic use of violence."

The Magistrate's Court in Tel Aviv discussed today (Tuesday) the mutual defamation lawsuits filed by Yair Netanyahu and Stav Shapir.

As part of the lawsuit filed by Shapir last year, following an exchange of accusations on social media, she requested compensation of approximately NIS 260,000.

In the counterclaim filed by the son of Prime Minister-designate Binyamin Netanyahu, he claimed that she should pay him NIS 300,000.

Shapir claimed that Netanyahu violated defamation and sexually harassed her in a response on Facebook.

After criticizing his father, he wrote, "Are you sure you want to talk about morality, in light of the failed project you tried to set up with a pedophile lover and a regular visitor to Epstein's pedophile island? Ugly inside and out. You'll find a permanent Arab husband who won't throw you away. Go to some village, convert to Islam And leave us alone."

Netanyahu demanded a refund after she responded and called him a "liar, evil, racist and harasser".

Netanyahu continued and replied: "Communist, stupid, pedophile lover like you. Keep the derogatory names you called me to Epstein, Barak and the rest of your friends. I have never taken a shekel from the state in my life. You, on the other hand, owe the taxpayer eight million shekels."

Netanyahu's lawyer, Yaniv Lankri, told Shapir at the beginning of the hearing: "You have a golden opportunity to withdraw from the lawsuit. The political-media lawsuit will come to an end."

Shapir refused the offer.

"If I thought that he had returned from the regular and systematic use of violence, I would consider it, that he would not harm others, I would consider it," she said.

Netanyahu intervened, saying: "You are talking about Ehud Barak, right?".

"I am still a public figure, the lies crossed the line between what can be accepted as freedom of expression and words that border on sexual harassment from the Prime Minister's son," Shapir said.

"The response was insulting and racist, which tries to attribute to me a betrayal of the state's security."

Netanyahu muttered during her words, "Insolent", and in the meantime his lawyer replied: "With all due respect, I don't remember that you had a high-ranking role in the security of the state."

During Sheshafir's reading of a post she wrote in which she addressed the economic situation, Netanyahu intervened again, saying: "Financial incompetence? You are married to a billionaire. Poor thing, I am just in tears. You are taking care of the public by stealing eight million shekels from him."

The judge warned Netanyahu that he would be removed from the hearing, and he hissed "bitch" at Stav Shapir.

Later she told her "what to do, not everyone can marry a billionaire", and the judge warned him again of exclusion, until finally he was taken out of the courtroom.
