19-year-old in court: Daughter beaten to death

The accused man is said to have killed his two-month-old daughter by beating him in Cloppenburg in June 2022.

Because he is said to have beaten his daughter to death, a 19-year-old has to answer to the district court in Oldenburg.
Oldenburg/Cloppenburg – Since Tuesday (November 29, 2022), a 19-year-old has had to answer before the Large Juvenile Chamber of the Oldenburg Regional Court (Oldenburg district) in Lower Saxony for killing his two-month-old daughter.
The public prosecutor accuses him of hitting the baby in his basket several times with his fist in June 2022, so that he died within minutes.

The charge is manslaughter.
The accused German regretted his actions in court.
He hit the screaming child to make it quiet.
It was not his intention to kill it.
His fiancée and he took drugs regularly, and he also used some on the day of the crime.
The drugs would have triggered hallucinations in him.
His psyche has been "junk" since he was 16 years old.
13.5 years in prison for brutally abusing an infant
It was only in spring that the jury chamber of the Oldenburg district court sentenced a 24-year-old to 13.5 years in prison.
The young man had abused his partner's child in the most violent way, so that the doctors finally led it to death with medication.
Experts said at the time that they had never seen such serious injuries in an infant.
