A 10,000 m2 building opened in September by Morning rue Laffitte (Paris, 9th), an even larger space (13,000 m2), with 1,600 workstations, inaugurated last week next to Montparnasse station (14th) by Wojo (Accor group)… In line with the major coworking players who have invested in the heart of the capital in recent years, WeWork will open its twentieth center in a few days (in Paris and La Défense) rue de Trudaine (IXe) , on six floors.
Operators are always seeing bigger, more chic, this is called "premiumization", but also more original, like the Spaces (IWG group) installed in the dressing rooms and lounges of the Accor Arena (Paris Bercy, 12th arrondissement) .
