Noé E. had been arrested at his home on Tuesday November 22 in Haute-Savoie, at the request of the General Directorate of Internal Security (DGSI).
The individual, already convicted of terrorist acts, would have ignored his judicial control, by making trips to Kosovo and Saudi Arabia without informing the authorities.
Potential planning of a terrorist attack
On 22 November, returning from his holidays, he was intercepted by police officers from the Annecy police station at his parents' home, and placed in police custody for non-compliance with the obligations of the File of Terrorist Offenders ( Fijait).
