This Tuesday, a demonstrator of a "shunting train", that is to say a locomotive used to move wagons and container ships and assemble freight trains, carried out a series of operations without human intervention.
The demonstration took place in Breda, the Netherlands.
It associated Alstom, the French manufacturer of the TGV, TER, metros and other trams, with the Dutch infrastructure manager ProRail and the Belgian operator Lineas.
