Two groups clashed in Oberhausen – one of the participants suddenly pulled out a pointed object.
Police are investigating attempted murder.
Oberhausen – Two groups attacked each other on Monday evening (November 28) at the Christmas market in Centro Oberhausen.
At least one of those involved attacked with a sharp object, two people were injured.

At around 10:45 p.m., a dispute broke out between two groups at a toilet house near the Flachau Alm restaurant on the Square of Good Hope.
"The argument then escalated," a spokeswoman for the Essen police told 24RHEIN.
At around 10:45 p.m., witnesses called the police.
At least one of those involved pulled out a pointed object and attacked with it.
The police initially did not want to provide any information on what exactly the murder weapon was for reasons of investigative tactics.
But one thing is clear: "Two people suffered cuts and stab injuries," said the police spokeswoman.
They were treated at the scene by an ambulance and then taken to hospitals.
The suspects fled.

Now the police are investigating an attempted homicide and have set up a murder commission.
The investigations have already led to the first results: early on Tuesday morning, the officers, with the support of special forces (SEK), temporarily arrested two suspects aged 22 and 24 in a house in Neukirchen-Vluyn.
