Al-Hasakah - SANA
The Directorate of Education in Al-Hasakah Governorate, in cooperation with the Syrian Arab Red Crescent branch, distributed 4,691 school bags during the past two weeks in Al-Hasakah schools.
In a statement to SANA reporter, the Director of Al-Hasakah Education, Ilham Surkhan, stated that the distribution included students from 6 schools in the city center of Al-Hasakah, namely Jassim Al-Dahesh, Khalil Kadro, Radwan Al-Sayed, Walid Nofal, Abd Salem Al-Zaher and Suleiman Ghanem. Sourkhan indicated that the Directorate is currently distributing a second batch of school bags for schoolchildren, and it includes 8,000 bags with all its stationery, and it will be allocated to schoolchildren in the city of Hasakah, noting the importance of distributing bags in terms of supporting children, securing their needs for school supplies, and alleviating the financial burden on their families.
