The FC Bayern fan club “Rot für die Welt” from the municipality of Pliening makes traditional donations to social causes during Advent.
Now the first check has been handed over.
Landsham – It is a beautiful and very good Advent tradition of the “Red for the World” association: the FC Bayern Munich fan club donates to social causes every year.
"Social institutions and organizations need all of our support in order to be able to continue their commitment," says Chairman Markus Uffinger from Landsham (Municipality of Pliening).
The IGePS association based in Kirchheim (Munich district) has now received the first of a total of three donations from events and membership fees: 1000 euros.
Pliening: Traditional donations at Advent
The charitable interests Fairtretung Health, Care and Social Affairs (IGePS) supports people in social need.
Donations in kind, money and food are collected in order to be able to help as quickly and unbureaucratically as possible.
Including homelessness.
The association is also supported by food aid.
Every Sunday from 12 noon, volunteers distribute food and hygiene items to homeless and needy people at the Münchner Freiheit.
This is just one of many free offers of help from the IGePS association.
(By the way: Everything from the region is now also available in our regular Ebersberg newsletter.)
“There is currently a Christmas campaign that tries to fulfill the little wishes of the children.
As a sponsor, you can either select a wish directly or simply support this campaign with a monetary donation,” reports Uffinger.
On behalf of the board, the fan club chair thanks all members and supporters who made this donation possible in a press release.
