In the district of Hauserdörfl: Waakirchen gets a new residential area

Waakirchen – The legal building planning requirements are to be created for future residential development on a sub-area to the east of Kirchseestraße in the district of Hauserdörfl.

The plots in question are already shown as a general residential area in the currently valid land use plan, said Mayor Norbert Kerkel at the most recent municipal council meeting.

What type of residential development should be built there was not yet an issue.

The area has an area of ​​around 3000 square meters and extends in a narrow strip along Kirchseestraße to the north, reported the head of the building department, Christoph Marcher, when asked.

Most of the property is owned by the municipality.

Now the municipal council, which according to Kerkel has already dealt with the section in previous meetings, should decide on the preparation decision to initiate a development plan procedure and the elaboration of a planning draft.

There were no questions from the committee and the administration was unanimously commissioned to carry out an accelerated procedure.

Realistically, it should still take six months before the development plan is in place, said Marcher, head of the building authority, depending on the capacity of a suitable planning office that is commissioned with the specific design.
