The legal battle continues in the Hauts-de-Seine.
The mayor of Issy-les-Moulineaux, André Santini, filed a complaint on November 23 for "
slanderous denunciation
" and "
attempted extortion ",
Le Figaro
learned
from the Nanterre prosecutor's office, confirming information from Franceinfo.
This complaint follows a series of complaints filed by two former employees of the mayor (UDI), in office since 1980.
“Predation System”
The same day, a complaint for "
illegal taking of interest
" and "
obstructing a reporting device
" had indeed been filed against him by a former chief of staff and a former bailiff of the city council.
And this, while André Santini has already been targeted since July by an investigation for sexual assault and sexual and moral harassment.
Aged 24 and 31, the two plaintiffs accuse the elected official, historic pillar of the right in Île-de-France and soon to be 82 years old, of alleged facts covering several years until last May.
In this part of the investigation, entrusted to the Brigade for the repression of delinquency against the person (BRDP), the person concerned has not yet been heard.
Recordings between the two men and the chosen one were sent to the file, according to a source close to the file at AFP.
In their first complaint, the two young men denounce a "
system of predation
" and an "
extremely oppressive and destabilizing organization of work
", a phenomenon of "
servitude, control
", submission and terror put in place by the interested.
One of them affirms in particular that the chosen one “
tried to kiss
him” twice and “
to approach his hand towards his sex
” after a lunch.
Attempt to "intimidation"
As civil servants, the two men, currently on sick leave, believe they are eligible for legal assistance and functional protection.
This device was refused to them by André Santini.
But the latter had the City Council vote in October for this aid for his own defense against the first complaints.
This is what the plaintiffs disputed in the new complaint.
For the complainants, this complaint is only an attempt
at "intimidation
".

These accusations are part of an attempt to discredit and intimidate the plaintiffs, who will not disturb the process they have undertaken, which is to bring out the strict truth
", reacted Christelle Mazza to AFP , representing the two plaintiffs.
The lawyer also filed an appeal and a summary procedure before the Cergy administrative court to challenge André Santini's rejection of functional protection.
This device “
cannot and must not be voted for the benefit of an elected official when the facts for which he is implicated are likely to qualify an offense and a detachable fault of service
”, specified the lawyer.
