The victim, from Jouars-Pontchartrain, would be around sixty years old.
In circumstances that have yet to be confirmed, the motorcyclist who was traveling at a moderate pace, attempted a maneuver between two cars and a heavy goods vehicle, arriving at a crossroads located on avenue de Saint-Germain, near the town hall. .
He found himself under the wheels of the truck, a 28-tonne machine, whose driver, in a state of shock, was taken care of by the emergency services, dispatched in large numbers.

The departmental fire and rescue service (Sdis) mobilized around twenty firefighters, nine vehicles and a team specializing in “force maneuvers”.
