The difficult event happened about a year and a half ago.

Regarding the Ministry of Education, it is claimed in the lawsuit that it failed with regard to the poor functioning of the district trip committee, whose role is to supervise the trip plans and the implementation of the law and the CEO's circulars regarding safety measures and the supervision of students on trips. The municipality of Beit Shemesh, it is claimed, did not worry about removing The hazards of the water holes in the park to maintain the safety of the public.
