In the community center there is a so-called disco room that young people can rent for parties.
After some problems, new guidelines for the allocation of the room now apply.
The Maisacher municipal council decided unanimously.
Gernlinden - "Some parties have recently gotten out of hand," reported youth officer Peter Aust (SPD) to the municipal council.
"Local residents have rightly complained." There was massive trouble.
Therefore, he requested that new rules be introduced.
His suggestion: if someone wants to rent the youth room, they have to go and see the social worker at Jubs in Maisach in person.
Most recently, the allocation of the room was exclusively through the town hall.
However, the municipal council hopes that the social workers will be able to better assess possible problem cases.
The specialists should then give their consent to the rental, and then the official allocation will take place in the town hall.

Mayor Hans Seidl (CSU) added that an adult noise protection officer must be appointed for every event - not just, as required, for larger festivals.
His phone number is on file with the police.
If there are complaints from local residents to the police in the evening or at night, they have at least one contact person.
The council approved the procedure.
In April, the committee will be informed whether the new rules will help.
