The victim was the mistress of the condemned man, PACS and father of two children.
The physical and psychological violence suffered by the victim lasted from May to October 2022. Among them, a double thumb injury, slaps causing bruises, daily "
policing
" - with a ban on talking to men -, or even the obligation to call her lover during professional meetings attended by men.
In total, the victim accumulated 44 days of ITT (total incapacity for work).

This situation prompted the victim to confide in her doctor, also a woman.
The latter made a report by mail to the public prosecutor of Reims.
