The Russian defense spokesman, Lieutenant General Igor Konashenkov, said in a briefing today: that the Russian forces eliminated more than 30 Ukrainian soldiers and destroyed two armored fighting vehicles and two pickup trucks as a result of the Ukrainian army's attempt to use one tactical group of Ukrainian forces to attack in the direction of Kobyansk near the village of Ivanovka in the region. Kharkov offensive failed and the Ukrainian forces unit was returned to its initial positions.

The spokesman added: The Russian units on the Krasno-Limansk axis thwarted an attempt by a tactical group of Ukrainian forces to attack in the vicinity of Chervonopopovka in the Lugansk People's Republic, and as a result of artillery fire, attack and army air strikes, more than 40 Ukrainian soldiers were killed, and two infantry fighting vehicles and four military vehicles were destroyed.

He pointed out that the Russian forces continued their offensive operations in the direction of Donetsk, and within a full day managed to eliminate more than 100 Ukrainian soldiers, destroying a tank, five armored combat vehicles and five special military vehicles.

The spokesman continued: The Russian operational and tactical aviation, army, missile and artillery forces hit ten command points of the enemy in the suburbs of Petropavlovka and Berestovoy in the Kharkov region, Dobrovoli, Terni, Turskoye, Verkhnokamenskoye, Andreevka, Vodianoy, Novosilka in the Donetsk People's Republic and Nikolskoye in the Kherson region, and 62 artillery units were targeted in their bases and gathering centers for manpower and equipment. In addition, the Ukrainian “Osa” anti-aircraft missile system was destroyed near the town of Makeyevka in the Luhansk People’s Republic.

Konashenkov added: An American-made anti-battery radar "Antbq37" was destroyed near Nikolaevka in the Donetsk People's Republic, in addition to the destruction of a Ukrainian radar for servicing the "Pelican" anti-aircraft missile system in the outskirts of the town of Malo Mikhailovka in the Dnepropetrovsk region. Also, a missile and artillery weapons depot belonging to the Ukrainian forces was destroyed near the Belogorye settlement of the Zaporozhye region.

The spokesman said: During the last 24 hours, Russian air defense systems shot down nine drones in the airspace of Chervonaya Dibrova, Krasnorechenskoye, Golikovo, Ploshanka, and Jitlovka in the Luhansk People's Republic, and Rybinsk and Maksimovka in the Donetsk People's Republic, in addition to that, two missiles of the Uragan type were intercepted. near the town of Novaya Kakhovka in the Kherson region.

Konashenkov stated that since the beginning of the special military operation, 333 fighters, 177 helicopters, 2,581 drones, 391 anti-aircraft missile systems, 6,876 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, 904 rocket launcher vehicles, 3,628 field artillery and mortars, in addition to 7,406 units of special military vehicles, have been destroyed.
