The invitation letter mentioned that the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China is related to the future development of Hong Kong, the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation, and the stability and long-term progress of "one country, two systems" as well as the long-term prosperity and stability of Hong Kong. Therefore, all Hong Kong citizens must study hard. Carry out the spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress.
The SAR government invited the central propaganda group to come to Hong Kong and held a presentation at the Wanchai Convention and Exhibition in the morning of the same day, so that the participants could fully understand the significance of learning the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.
The presentation will be delivered by the Chief Executive, Li Jiachao, and explained by Shen Chunyao and Xie Fuzhan.
Participants must wear formal attire, wear N95 or KN95 masks throughout the process, and provide negative nucleic acid results within 48 hours and negative results of the rapid test on the same day, and undergo security checks.
The government also issued an invitation letter to the media, stating that a seminar would be held that day, but did not list details of the content or participants.
