The Mayor of Tirat Carmel, Aryeh Tal, addressed the residents last night and promised to keep the streets safe.

Last night, Rafi Ben Shalom was shot to death on Etzel Street in Carmel Castle. He was pronounced dead at the Rambam Hospital.

Ben Shalom was previously convicted of two attempted murders of figures identified with Shmulik Harosh, Michael Mor's bitter rival.
