The old Bnei Ish is developing. From a small and unknown settlement, near the fence, Bnei Ish will turn into an innovative, green and progressive city in the most accelerated development area of the center of the country for the next few years.
On the agenda: the "Fields" expansion neighborhood that will increase the size of the city fourfold.

Some data: according to the roof agreement, about 5,700 housing units will be built in the expansion neighborhood on state land within the council's domain, and in addition to them also commercial and employment areas to the extent of about 440 thousand square meters, which are intended to create an economic balance for the council.
In addition to the residential buildings, a new employment park will be built near the Kenato industrial area, adjacent to Bnei Ish. Its location, in the center of the country on the main traffic routes between the ports and between the three metropolises, will make it particularly attractive. Among other things, it will have accessible and attractive employment areas for companies that want to grow and develop and for entrepreneurs who recognize opportunities and potential. The current tender for employment and trade (complex 5000), which will be published soon by Rami, will be for an area of 49,000 square meters.

The right news, at the right time
The total budget of the agreement on the establishment of the "Shot" neighborhood amounts to approximately NIS 1.7 billion, of which approximately NIS 1.5 billion is for infrastructure development works through the governmental "Arim" company, and the balance for public institutions and old infrastructure ("old versus new").
The entire project is supported by the Israeli government and in close cooperation with the ministries of finance, construction and housing, the interior and the Ministry of Interior.
"We are bringing the right news, at the right time - and especially in the right place, here in Bnei Iash, which for many years was forgotten and disappeared from the budgeting map," says Aryeh Garla, head of the Bnei Iash council, "this is a significant investment in strengthening social infrastructure, with an emphasis on education , promotion, construction of the employment area and its population, alongside the renewal of the old settlement.
