The buildings will be built in close proximity to Ben Shemen, a vibrant area in the heart of the country that has returned to the center of the map in recent years.
The complex is located on the main transportation arteries in Israel: it is bordered by highway 40 to the west and highway number 1 to the east and highway 443 to the north.
In addition, the residents of the complex will enjoy immediate and direct access to the Ben Shemen interchange and from there to the airport and the Tel Aviv metropolis, as well as to Route 6. These days, the planning of Route 200 is being completed, which will connect Route 1 to Route 431 and will allow a connection to Ayalon routes.
