Robinson, who allegedly killed Guillén with a hammer inside the base, committed suicide as he was to be questioned in connection with the murder.
According to the sworn statement of an FBI agent, Aguilar confessed that Robinson had gone looking for her after leaving work, they drove to the Leon River and together they chopped up the body, tried to burn the parts and buried the remains that night.

He was the only person accused of the crime, after the suicide of the alleged material author, and there were 11 criminal charges against him.
