A traffic accident involving multiple injuries occurred in Cheung Sha Wan.
At about 4:00 a.m., it was reported that a tourist bus was driving towards Tsim Sha Tsui at the roundabout of Lin Cheung Road near Mei Tsing Road, when it suddenly lost control and crashed. Some passengers suffered head injuries, so they called the police for help.
It is initially learned that about 10 people were injured in the accident, including the driver who was trapped.
After the fire department received the report, it was classified as an incident involving a large number of casualties, and multiple ambulances and fire engines were dispatched to the scene to deal with it. Rescue operations are underway.
The police cordoned off the scene for rescue and are investigating the cause of the accident.
It is understood that after the driver was rescued, his head was bleeding, and the other passengers were slightly injured and were sitting on a rock in the middle of the road to be rescued.
