The Office of the United Nations Secretary-General announced today that the first ship loaded with 20,000 tons of Russian fertilizer seized due to sanctions has left the port of the Netherlands, heading to Africa.
Commenting on this, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Vershinin said in a statement reported by Russia Today: It took more than two months to release only one batch of 20,000 tons of fertilizers from the Netherlands to Malawi.
