The Vocational Training Council (VTC) will hold the "New Generation New Skills" Expo at the Wanchai Convention and Exhibition from December 9th to 11th. Complete career assessment Tailor-made expo tour itinerary
To fully experience the exciting content of the expo, participants can complete the "occupational assessment" on the "VTC Occupational Database" website (https://occupation-dictionary.vtc.edu.hk) in advance or visit the expo in person, and then visit the venue .
The assessment adopts the well-known career assessment method Holland (John Holland) career type theory, the form is similar to the common MBTI psychological test in the market, only need to answer 24 simple questions, you can get a preliminary understanding of your career orientation type (including inquiry, art, etc.) type, social type, aggressive type, regular type, realistic type) and related occupations.

VTC has always encouraged students to apply different professional knowledge and skills to their daily life.
The expo will showcase the e-commerce platform HKVTC Shop and set up a special area of "Exhibition Can Brighten Life", allowing participants to understand the learning outcomes of graduates and students, and experience the advantages of vocational education.
VTC will soon launch HKVTC Shop, which will mass-produce the works developed, designed and produced by students and graduates of various disciplines, and provide product sales channels, so that students have the opportunity to participate in the operation of the e-commerce platform and get the opportunity of comprehensive work practice.
In this expo, a special area is also set up to display the upcoming products of HKVTC Shop, such as the "Original Stone" tableware that won the "2021 Red Dot Design Concept Award" international award, and the 40th anniversary of VTC's limited intelligent temperature-sensing thermos mug, etc.
