VIDEO – The two actors present for the promotion of the film Maestro (s) were particularly dissipated in the program hosted by Anne-Elisabeth Lemoine.

This Wednesday, November 30, Pierre Arditi and Yvan Attal are the guests of Anne-Elisabeth Lemoine.

The two actors came to promote the film

Maestro(s)

in which they play a father and his son.

Both are conductors and in rivalry to conduct La Scala, the ultimate dream of any musician.

They follow on from the intervention of Frédéric Comyn, owner of the bakery that won the prize for the best traditional baguette in Paris 2022, on the set of “C à vous”.

From the first minutes, the interview looks dissipated.

Pierre Arditi pretends not to want to enter the set, which will earn Yvan Attal a first valve:

“thank you for inviting us on baguette day, I came with my crouton”

.

No malice on the set of France 5, but a real complicity between the two actors.

"We discovered that we lived a bit the same things with our fathers and our respective sons, each on our side"

confides the eldest of the two.

Anne-Elisabeth Lemoine attempts a parallel, arguing a physical resemblance between the two men.

“It is true that there is something in me of him when he was 20 years old”

pretends to believe the companion of Charlotte Gainsbourg.

To use the psychoanalytical expression, "killing the father" is at the heart of the plot of the film directed by Bruno Chiche, in theaters on December 7th.

An expression little appreciated by Pierre Arditi:

“it doesn't mean anything.

When you have a father worthy of the name, you don't kill him.

Like many children it was not necessary that I kill my father, but that I move away slightly to begin to become me, but it is not a murder”

.

Throughout the show it is with emotion that he evokes his father Georges Arditi, a famous painter who died in 2012.

“He taught me the essentials of my father.

He taught me not to lose myself too much, which I managed to do thanks to him,”

says the moved actor on the set of “C à vous”.

"I may be a little tense at this point..."

Fatherhood is evoked with more lightness for Yvan Attal.

His own son Ben Attal seems to be following the same path as his parents.

He has already toured with his family with appearances in

his father in 2021. When Pierre Lescure asks Yvan Attal how he would live the hypothetical rise of his son, to the point of exceeding his own, to resume the scenario of

Maestro(s)

, the director and actor replies:

"It's all that I obviously wish him to do 100 times more than me

.

He nuances with honesty

“I may be a little tense at that time, but I wish him that”

.
