Tapioca
½ Shakitatfiuka
400 ml of coconut cream 1 can
2 tablespoons of white sugar
for fruits
2 medium-sized cylindrical pears, cut into small cubes
1 single ripe avocado roll, peeled and pitted, cut into small cubes
1 unit rolled bananas, peeled and cut into small cubes
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon white sugar

Preparation
How do you make a dessert of tapioca pearls in coconut cream with banana cubes, pear, avocado?
1 Cook the tapioca pearls according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Filter in a dense sieve.
2 Transfer the tapioca pearls to a bowl.
Add the coconut cream and sugar and mix well until the sugar dissolves.
You can add more sugar to taste.
3 Mix the diced fruit together with the lemon juice and sugar in a bowl.
4 Divide the tapioca mixture between serving bowls.
Place a generous amount of fruit on top of each bowl and serve immediately.
