In the Hoi Fu Court murder case in Tai Kok Tsui, a middle-aged male resident had an argument with his sixty-year-old boyfriend.

At around 9:00 this morning, the Housing Department arranged for cleaners from the contractor to clean the floor in the corridor of the floor involved.
The reporter returned to the scene and found that the unit involved had a large lock, a small closed-circuit television in the upper left corner, a copper coin on the door, traces of suspected red paint around the outside of the door frame, and traces of suspected fingerprint powder and cleaning on the gate.

The crime took place at Haixin Court, Block F, Hoi Fu Court. The police stated that the 64-year-old deceased and the 51-year-old suspect were friends and both were unemployed.
The deceased temporarily stayed at the suspect's home, but was involved in a "triangular love" affair, which aroused murderous intentions.
Suspecting that the deceased had an affair with his girlfriend, the suspect was so angry that he poured suspicion water on the other party, and then chopped the other party more than 10 times to death.
After the incident, the suspect also suffered burns all over his body, and once tried to commit suicide in fear of crime, he was rescued and sent to the hospital in critical condition.
The police classified the case as a "murder" and "attempted suicide" investigation, and the second team of the Mong Kok District Crime Squad took over.
The 51-year-old suspect, surnamed Deng, was arrested on suspicion of "murder" and is currently being detained for investigation.
