Wu Kaining pointed out that the police received a report from a hospital nurse at around 4:30 pm on November 30, saying that a woman had been missing for several days. The nurse arrived at the door of her apartment, but no one answered the door, but heard noises in the unit, so she reported the case .

When the police arrived at the scene, no one answered the door. They suspected that someone was trapped in the house and were in danger, so they called the fire department to assist in blasting the door.

The police found a 25-year-old local man in the unit, and found that there was a strange smell coming from one of the bedrooms, and finally revealed the body of a 50-year-old woman, who was hidden in the dark compartment of the bed frame under the mattress. The corpse has been decomposed, and it is preliminarily believed to have been dead for several days. There are many bruises on the body, including the face, back and hands.

There were no signs of a fight at the scene.

The 25-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of "murder" and detained overnight.

Wu Kaining revealed that the relationship between the deceased and the arrested person was mother and child, and the arrested person had a mental illness record.

Only the mother and child live together in the unit at the above address.

The case was classified as "murder" and was handed over to the second team of the Sau Mau Ping District Crime Squad for follow-up.

According to sources, the arrested person was mentally disturbed and violent.

Someone once beat the mother, and the mother asked the hospital nurse for help.
