dr
Heide Rezepa-Zabel (57) wasn't sure about the quality of the stones at the time.
She needs spectrometric devices for the analysis: "We can't offer that here," she explained.
That's why Beate went after the show to see an expert and have a document issued for the ring.
On her second visit to the ZDF cult show, the saleswoman is now hoping for big money, but she quickly expects disappointment in the dealership.

The "Bares for Rares" expert estimates the value of the ring at around 15,000 to 18,000 euros when the diamond is untreated.
But according to the certificate, the stone has been treated: "That means it was irradiated and heated," explains Dr.
Heide Rezepa-Zabel.
The ring loses some of its value - Beate could still get 6,000 to 7,000 euros.
With a good feeling, the saleswoman finally goes to the popular dealer's room.

Of five dealers, only Elke Velten-Tönnies (69) is really interested.
Your starting bid of 1,500 euros is well below the expertise and Beate's pain threshold of 5,500 euros.
None of the other dealers in the hall want to bid and Elke no longer gives either - so Beate has to take her piece of jewelery home with her
.
She wouldn't want to come on the show a third time.
Instead, she will come up with another plan and sell the ring in another way.
