The US House of Representatives passes a bill to avoid a major rail freight strike

The elected representatives of the House of Representatives voted on Wednesday, November 30, a text to avoid a potentially catastrophic rail freight strike for the American economy.

This bill imposes a branch agreement on the profession, without it having been approved by all the social partners.

It must now be passed by the Senate.
