The Bureau of Transport stated in its reply that in the first phase, “adjust the toll level of private cars with heavy cross-harbour traffic at a more moderate rate”, it is recommended to lower the tolls of the Western Harbor Crossing and moderately increase the tolls of the Red and Eastern Harbor Crossings to maintain the overall cross-harbour traffic The volume is similar to the current one.
