The design planning for upgrading the old town of Wolfratshausen is available.

This will be presented to the citizens in the Loisachhalle.

Wolfratshausen – The old town will be upgraded, the city council has decided.

The process began with the active participation of citizens in autumn 2018, and the preliminary draft is now on the table.

This Wednesday (November 30) at 5 p.m., the specialist planners will explain this at an information event in the Loisachhalle.

Upgrading the old town of Wolfratshausen: There is first-hand information

The inner city area, which is to be upgraded with the aim of significantly increasing the quality of stay, is, as reported, divided into the northern sections (from the municipal music school to Reiser Eck), the central area (Reiser- to Schwankl-Eck) and the southern section (Johannisgasse to Paradiesweg including Littig Villa).

As of today, the project will cost around eleven million euros.

According to Klaus Heilinglechner, head of the town hall, the topic of the Marienbrunnen is "not relevant" for the design planning.

Whether the street will be moved five meters in the direction of Marktstraße, as decided by the city council with 15:5 votes, will be decided in two parallel referendums on Sunday, December 11th.

The mayor and specialist planners answer questions

In addition to the head of the town hall, there will be a panel discussion in the Loisachhalle to answer questions about the overall project and details: Michael Forster (planning office Mahl-Gebhard-konzepte), Tekla Nagy (engineering office BPR Dr. Schäpertöns Consult), Claudia Schreiber (architecture and urban planning GmbH/urban planning). Advice), Wolfratshausen's city manager Dr.

Stefan Werner, the municipal environmental and climate protection manager Vivian Horngacher and Thomas Wenig from the town hall's building and real estate department.

According to Heilinglechner, the drainage is strictly separate from the structural measures to upgrade the old town.

The renewal of the sewer pipes is on the agenda of the municipal utility.

However, both projects should be closely coordinated in terms of time.
