The Ministry of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection warned establishments and events that extracting oil derivatives from the black market without reporting the seller will be subject to Legislative Decree No. 8 as its partner.
And a statement by the ministry, a copy of which SANA received, stated that “every establishment or commercial activity that imports oil derivatives from the black market and does not inform the Ministry of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection about the seller is considered a partner in the illegal trade in oil derivatives, and Legislative Decree No. 8 of 2021 applies to it.”
