When turning left on the B304 near Grafing, there is a crash, a woman is moderately injured.
For the police, the question of guilt is clear.
In a traffic accident on federal highway 304, a young driver was injured, apparently through no fault of her own.
On Wednesday evening, November 30, at around 7:30 p.m., a 27-year-old from the district drove her car on the B304 towards Kirchseeon and wanted to turn left towards Grafing at See Schneid.
The traffic light showed green light for them, emphasizes the police.
Accident after red light violation on B304
A 75-year-old from the Munich district was driving his car on the B304 in the direction of Wasserburg at the same time and, according to a follow-up report from late Wednesday evening, overlooked the red light that applied to him.
The vehicles collided head-on in the junction area.
Property damage is around 20,000 euros
According to the police, the 27-year-old was moderately injured and, after outpatient treatment, was taken to the Ebersberg district clinic.
Both vehicles were severely damaged and had to be towed away.
Officials estimate the damage to property at a total of around 20,000 euros.
The fire brigade took control of the traffic while the accident was being recorded and secured the scene of the accident.
Eastbound traffic had to be diverted via Grafing.
