Today, the Return to Palestine Youth Forum held a youth meeting entitled (Greetings to the Palestinian Youth Resistance), on the occasion of the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People, at the Association of Graduates of Commercial Institutes in Damascus.
The Secretary-General of the Popular Struggle Front, responsible for the global campaign to return to Palestine in Syria, Khaled Abdul Majeed, considered that what the Palestinian youth are doing today in terms of resistance and struggle in the arenas of Palestine, is a message to the Zionist enemy that each generation comes with more determination and firmer faith in its cause than the one before it, stressing that the hopes The role of these young men in changing the equations, defeating the Zionist enemy, liberating the land and returning is very great.
The Director General of Al-Quds International Foundation - Syria, Dr. Khalaf Al-Muftah, pointed out that solidarity with the Palestinian people is a reality experienced by the Syrians, the Arab people, and the free and struggling peoples all over the world. The holding of the meeting today comes in the context of the continuity of the Palestinian and Arab struggle and the great role of the youth in that to liberate the occupied Arab lands. .
A member of the leadership of the Revolutionary Youth Union, Qassem Al-Shaghouri, stated that the daily confrontations and heroic operations against the occupation confirm that the Palestinian right does not fall by statute of limitations, as the enemies and those lurking in the Palestinian cause bet, pointing out that the youth of Palestine today constitute the brightest example and the strongest model for youth who adhere to their land, right and future.
The head of the Union of Palestinian Students in Syria, Basel Abu Al-Haija, explained that resistance is the only option to achieve victory, liberation and return, so national unity and presence in all arenas are necessary to confront the plans of the Zionist enemy, pointing out that the solidarity day has become a message indicating and confirming that the rights of the Palestinian people, foremost of which is the right of return Fixed and unforgettable.
The General Coordinator of the Forum, Abdul Karim Al-Sharqawi, indicated that the meeting was held today to highlight the role of the youth of resistance, shed light on their path and sacrifices, and salute them, noting the firm Syrian positions to defend the Palestinian cause and its people.
The meeting, which included a video presentation on the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People, was attended by Minister Plenipotentiary at the Yemeni Embassy in Damascus, Radwan al-Haimi, a number of leaders and representatives of Palestinian factions, youth organizations, Syrian and Palestinian national parties, youth, social and cultural activities, bodies and unions.
