The Russian Federal Agency for Air Transport announced the extension of the restrictions imposed on flights in 11 airports in the south and center of the country until the ninth of December.
And Tass quoted the agency as saying in a statement: “The temporary flight restrictions will remain in effect at each of the airports of Anapa, Belgorod, Bryansk, Voronezh, Gelendzhik, Krasnodar, Kursk, Lipetsk, Rostov, Simferopol and Elista until the 9th of this month.”
Russia closed part of its airspace in the south of the country to civilian aircraft on February 24, following the special military operation to protect the population of Donbass.
