Today, the intelligence of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards in the city of Shiraz, the center of Fars province, in the south of the country, announced the arrest of the elements involved in a failed bombing attempt that took place in the city last October.
The Revolutionary Guards said in a statement today: The perpetrators of an attempt to detonate a car bomb in the city of Shiraz on the night of the terrorist incident in the shrine of Ahmed bin Musa in the city were identified, and they were pursued and arrested in the provinces of Fars and Isfahan.
The statement indicated that additional information in this regard will be announced in the near future.
At least 15 people were killed in the terrorist attack that targeted the religious shrine in the city of Shiraz last October.
