The people of the town of Busra al-Harir in the Daraa governorate called for securing a transformer to improve the electricity situation, and for the town to be equipped with lighting devices with alternative energy, and to provide meters to reduce illegal drawing, and to increase feeding hours to operate the wells designated for drinking water.
The demands, during a meeting that included the people of the town with the directors of government departments and institutions today, included providing Busra al-Harir with electricity poles, wires and cables, providing the necessary supplies to complete the extension of electricity to the streets, increasing the number of schools and improving the reality of services provided to the town's population, whose numbers are increasing.
The Governor of Daraa, Eng. Louay Khareta, affirmed the government institutions' efforts to provide the best services to citizens, especially with regard to the basic ones, with the need to unite efforts and arrange demands according to priorities to improve the service reality.
In turn, the Secretary of the Arab Socialist Baath Party branch, Hussein Al-Rifai, explained that the town of Busra Al-Harir, which has regained its security and safety, needs to provide services to it according to the available capabilities.
