Fifteen journalists and members of the digital newspaper El Faro filed a lawsuit for alleged espionage against NSO Group before a US court. Those affected would have been victims of alleged leaks on their personal devices through the Pegasus surveillance program.
NSO Group told CNN that it is only a software provider and does not operate the technology or have access to the data collected.
