After an evening marked by debates prolonged by the long speeches of the Minister of Justice, Éric Dupond-Moretti, all the parliamentary groups present decided to withdraw the amendments so that the deputies could directly vote on the various articles.
And while all the elected officials present gave the text little chance of being voted on, it was finally adopted at midnight sharp, a few seconds before the end of the Republican parliamentary niche.
Thus offering a second victory to the right on this day, after the adoption a little earlier of the PPL of deputy LR Julien Dive aimed at upgrading agricultural pensions.
