Maisach: accident with a child on a bicycle

Maisach - On December 1st, around 7.45 a.m., an 11-year-old schoolboy rode his bike on Dahlienstraße in the direction of Tulpenstraße.
When he wanted to turn left into Rosenstraße, a car came from the left. At the intersection, the cyclist had the right of way ("right before left").
The driver of the car waved to the cyclist, signaling him to continue driving.
When the cyclist started again, the car driver also drove off, touched the cyclist's rear tire and caused the cyclist to fall.
The driver left the scene of the accident without taking care of the slightly injured boy.
