The 43-year-old suspect, a resident of Jerusalem, did not issue a driver's license for a taxi and his driver's license expired in 2009. After he collided with the safety barrier, he first refused to identify himself, finally he was identified by the police and received a summons. His vehicle was impounded and seized by the police for 30 days.
