A 5.7 magnitude earthquake hit the island of Java, Indonesia, on Saturday (December 3rd), where another earthquake killed more than 320 people two weeks ago, according to the US Geological Survey.
According to the USGS, the epicenter of Saturday's earthquake was located 18 km southeast of the town of Banjar in West Java.
The Indonesian meteorological agency for its part estimated at 6.4 the magnitude of this earthquake, which shook buildings in the capital Jakarta.
