Emmanuel Macron plans to appoint, on the proposal of Prime Minister Elisabeth Borne, the LR mayor of Charleville-Mézières (Ardennes) Boris Ravignon as head of the Environment and Energy Management Agency (Ademe), the Elysée announced on Saturday.
