There are three reportedly missing after a migrant boat capsized in the waters off Lampedusa.
Forty were rescued and taken to the hotspot in the Imbriacola district, one has already been transferred by helicopter to the hospital in Agrigento.
According to the rescued people, three travel companions are missing.
