The Special Duty Team of the Tsuen Wan Police District, together with the Miscellaneous Investigation Team and the Anti-Triad Action Team launched an anti-crime operation code-named "LEVINGTON" (LEVINGTON) yesterday night (December 3) and raided many parties in the area room and massage parlor.
During the operation, officers found a total of 3 men and 1 woman, aged between 25 and 66, in three units located at Chai Wan Kok Street, Tsuen Wan Market Street and Chuen Lung Street. The Prevention and Control of Disease (Requirements and Directions) (Business and Premises) Regulation (Cap. 599F), officers then issued a fixed penalty notice to them.
In addition, a 30-year-old person in charge surnamed Huang was arrested for allegedly violating the Prevention and Control of Disease (Requirements and Directions) (Business and Premises) Regulation (Cap. 599F). He is currently being detained for investigation.

The Police appeal to the public to be considerate of themselves and others, and strictly abide by the Prevention and Control of Disease Ordinance to help control the epidemic.
The police will continue to step up inspections and take decisive enforcement actions against offenders to reduce the risk of virus transmission.
