A comedy drama in which Aliza Hanovich, who also created the series, plays a young woman from the Jewish community in Brooklyn who breaks the conventions of her environment, and just before her wedding to a man she doesn't really know - she suddenly decides to immigrate to Israel, completely contrary to her family's opinion.
Upon her arrival in Israel, Hanshi tries to become a much freer woman, one who controls her own life.
A host of names star in this series, from Oshery Cohen and Leah Griner to Diana Golby and Daniel Morsheth, with the real laugh being the appearance of Emmy winner Henry Winkler ("Barry", "Happy Days").

Firefly Lane
Despite the great success of the first season of this drama series, Netflix recently announced that its new season, which will be divided into two halves (the second part will be broadcast during 2023), will also be its last.
Once again, the show will follow Tully (Emmy winner Katherine Heigl, "Grey's Anatomy") and Kate (Sarah Chook, "Scrubs"), whose 30-year friendship ended in a surprise.

About two years after conquering the country with the short musical film "The Rise and Fall of Shem Tov Avi", which led to his joining "Aretz Fahadrah", the comedian and creator returns with a new album.
"The Great Holiday" ranges between hip-hop, trap and pop, and all 11 of its songs include a certain social statement (especially in "When the anger is great and the sadness is great", dedicated to the memory of Batum Zarhum, an Eritrean citizen who was shot to death by a security guard in an attack in Be'er Sheva in 2015).
With the help of the excellent musical production of Yishai Suisa and Mattan Agozi, and with successful guests such as Aya Zahavi Feiglin and Ravid Plotnik, it is no wonder that the result is not only enjoyable and full of flow, but also one that manages to provoke real thought in the listeners.

The Amplifier Festival
Every once in a while all people want is just some soul-soothing rock.
This festival returns for the second year in a row, and this time too it will include several Israeli guitar heroes who will come to be guests at each other's houses, in performances most of which were built especially for the event.

The beloved comedy that the famous satirist Ephraim Kishon wrote in 1959 returns in a new stage adaptation accompanied by live music on stage.
Directed by Moshe Naor, who directed a previous adaptation of the play in 2007 at the Chamber Theater.
If you missed one of the previous adaptations of this satire, know that at the heart of the show are Elimelech and Shafra, former members of a kibbutz, who after 25 years of marriage discover that they may never have been legally married.

The 13th edition of the festival dealing with Israeli-Ethiopian creativity will include original productions created especially for the event.
Among others, the group Addis Elm will host Rudy Beinsin, the singer-songwriter Dega Feder will perform songs based on her childhood memories, and Tilah Isaiah-Edega will star in a solo performance.

"Please touch" festival for art that breaks boundaries
On the occasion of the International Day for Equal Rights for People with Disabilities, the festival will combine artists and creators with hearing and visual disabilities from Israel and around the world.
The festival will include a special and one-off dark show by Rami Kleinstein, a first exposure to a detective thriller that will be broadcasted through headphones in a completely silent style inspired by Agatha Christie, international plays and dance performances, movement and dance with the participation of the blind and deaf, a photography exhibition - all will prove that even people with disabilities have a place in the cultural world in Israel and in general .

When you think of scientists, you usually don't think of the connection they have to the art world, but this exhibition, in which 30 artist-scientists participate, proves that it is possible and even necessary to do otherwise.
Each of the dozens of participants (including a neurologist, a psychiatrist, a sex reassignment surgeon, a doctor of economic history, and more) will examine his connection to the subject of the five senses in his unique language through painting, sculpture, photography, video art and movement and music performances.

Side By Side
As part of the "About Us" fashion and lifestyle fair, curator Keren Bar-Gil will present an exhibition that deals with the connection between fashion and art, textiles and paper, and 2D with 3D.
During the days of the exhibition, a series of paintings will be shown that the esteemed actor Liron Levo created following extreme and prolonged headaches that attacked him;
A screening of a work by Ronen Shahrabani, one of Israel's greatest video artists;
