Yonatan Rochefeld is one of the most famous chefs in Israel, and the fact that he opens a kosher restaurant in a remote place in Israel is a real story.
The new restaurant, which bears the chef's last name, operates in the Panda Resort Hotel in Neve Ativ, on the slopes of Mount Hermon. It is open in the evenings in an elegant space with an open kitchen, which showcases the work of the chef and his team.

This is not the first restaurant of Rochefeld, as mentioned, who previously dictated a high and stylish kosher kitchen at the "Herbert Samuel" restaurant in Herzliya.
Upon entering the project, the chef looked for the local raw materials that would stimulate his senses and be worthy of his kitchen.
He collected among the villages, settlements and fields - with extreme care and thought first.
Among the dishes that come out of his hands are a heart of lettuce dipped in a caesar sauce made of smoked trout and pink, a bold Mexican pike, pumpkin ravioli, charcoal-grilled foie gras with pink lady apple, trout from Dan with lasagna and black lentils, duck breast with black coffee and apple-smoked cardamom, steak Flat iron with green hummus, spinach and lemon peels, lamb chops from the Golan Heights roasted over an open fire and Syrian olive oil.
For dessert, hot Linzer with plums and sweet spices or pistachio dessert, dark chocolate and crispy almond leaf are served.
