Today (4th) at 7:46 a.m., a female swimmer at Tuen Mun Golden Beach called the police, saying that she and her husband came to swim in the early water, but her husband was nowhere to be seen after landing, and she was suspected of drowning.
Lifeguards, police and firefighters arrived at the scene and searched. The 68-year-old male victim was rescued shortly after. He was unconscious and sent to Tuen Mun Hospital for emergency treatment. He was certified dead near 9:00 a.m.
According to the news at the scene, the male victim, his wife and two friends arrived at the beach at 6:50 in the morning and fell into the water immediately.
An hour later, his wife noticed that he hadn't entered the water for a long time and was very worried, so she notified the lifeguard and called the police.
Lifeguards searched by small boat and found the male victim floating and sinking at 8:10 at a position 80 meters away from the beach.

It is reported that the male victim has undergone heart "Tongbozi" surgery, and he also has the habit of exercising on weekdays.
