1. Is the notary's fee predictable?
In principle, yes.
The tariff of notaries, who are public and ministerial officers, is, in most cases, established by the State and revised at least every five years.
It takes into account the real costs of the work carried out and a reasonable remuneration of the notary, in order to avoid rent situations.
In return for the monopoly it enjoys for a whole series of authentic deeds, its price is identical regardless of the client, the difficulty of the file or the geographical location of the exercise.
