Thousands of people demonstrated today in the center of the Italian capital, Rome, to protest the supply of weapons to the Ukrainian regime, calling for the abolition of Western sanctions against Russia, which affected life.
And Italian media reported that Rome witnessed mass demonstrations in which about 10,000 demonstrators took part, carrying the slogan (Decrease the guns, raise the wages), and the participants chanted during them (Let's say no).
Transport workers, some state employees, medical workers and schools also went on strike in the Apennines, due to inflation and the sharp rise in electricity and gas prices.
Last week, the Italian government issued a decree supporting the continuation of the supply of weapons to Ukraine in the year 2023, as a continuation of the policy of the previous government.
